• Facilitating group sessions and providing appropriate support.

• Coordinating care with other healthcare providers (with your consent).

• Processing payment for services, when applicable.

• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

We will not share your health information without your written authorization, except as permitted or required by law.

 5. Confidentiality in Group Settings

While we take steps to ensure confidentiality within our services, we also encourage participants to respect the privacy of others in group sessions. However, we cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality

Group Paths Co. provides peer-led group support sessions designed to promote emotional wellness, social connection, and personal growth. These sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical treatment. Participation in group support does not establish a therapist-client relationship, and no diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention will be provided.

All facilitators operate in a non-clinical, coaching, or peer-support capacity and are not acting as licensed mental health professionals unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
 

Confidentiality is a core value of our support spaces; however, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality in group settings. Participants are encouraged to share respectfully and at their discretion. Any disclosure of harm to self, others, or abuse may be reported in accordance with applicable laws and mandated reporting requirements.
 

By participating in any support sessions, programs, or communications offered by Group Paths, you acknowledge and accept these terms and release the organization, its facilitators, and affiliates from any liability related to your participation.
